Change Order #1 from W.L. McNatt and Company for $146,720.00 for the McClanahan Park project for pickleball, new 6” waterline, stairs and flowable fill over an ONG gas line; Pay App #2 from Orr Construction for $534,375 for the wastewater treatment plant expansion project, to be paid by the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma.
The CMA also approved updated utility agreements with the OTA to upgrade utility lines. The updates include the option to upgrade lines from 6” to 8” if the CMA chooses to do so.
In the update from SRB Engineering on the water treatment plant expansion, more materials are being delivered to the site and the project is, so far, on schedule.
