The Lincoln County Commissioners voted to subsidize payroll for the E911 Trust Authority at their regular meeting on June 22.
The Commissioners entered into a joint meeting with two members of the TrustAuthority Board and discussed the budget shortfall. The E911 Trust Authority had requested $75,000 from the County, split evenly across the three districts.

District 3 Commissioner Lee Doolen said payroll could be more or less, depending on employees and hours worked.
According to Charlotte Brown, Emergency Management Director and Trust Authority Board member, the payroll cost for the year is estimated at $622,437.62. They receive about $43,000 a month from the Oklahoma Tax Commission, leaving an estimated shortfall of $106,437.62.
