TheAgra Board of Education authorized Superintendent Delbert Rossiter to serve as a signer on all district checking, savings and investment accounts during a special meeting July 7. The board authorized district officials and financial institutions to complete the necessary documentation to implement the change.
Before taking the action, the board met in executive session for two hours, 40 minutes to conduct Rossiter’s superintendent evaluation. No action was taken on the evaluation after returning to open session.
Board member Keith Wright arrived shortly after the executive session began and left before it ended. The meeting adjourned at 3:44 p.m.
