Wanda “Janie” Clayton

Wanda “Janie” Clayton was born September 24, 1927, in Stroud. She died Monday, September 14, 2020, at the age of 93 years.

Clayton, the daughter of Clell and Una English, was married to William Riley Clayton for over 68 years. She is the sister of Thelma Kathleen Russell, Ann Harris, Jo Bond, Clella Satterfield and Judy Odell.

She was a master seamstress and quilter.

Survivors include two children, her daughter Debra Krasinski and son Mark Clayton and his wife Leah; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

No services have been scheduled at this time. Final arrangements were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud.
