Michael Horwath was recently installed as the new commander for the Stroud American Legion Post #257. Horwath takes over the leadership position from Commander Chuck Quinn. Originally from Vassar, Michigan Horwath moved to Stroud from Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona.

It was another busy Saturday this past weekend as Town Talk hosted its monthly Farmer’s Market. Town Talk volunteer and market organizer Mandy Clark had lots of fun activities this month as well as many local and area vendors with their wares for sell.
