Prague woman dies in crash

A Prague has died and a Meeker man was injured recently in a two-vehicle collision at U.S. 177 and I-40 in Pottawatomie County.Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Conner Fryrear identified the woman who died as Diana Srader, 78, of Prague.

30 years in manslaughter

A Prague man who entered a blind guilty plea on a first degree manslaughter charge has been sentenced to state prison.A formal charge was filed March 2, 2023 in Lincoln County District Court against Joseph Resin Linnhuber. The charge is the result of a fatal traffic collision.

O’Dale Junior Miller, 42, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on February 26, 2024, after a long illness of type 1 diabetes since he was 15 years old. He had been on dialysis for the last two years due to complications of diabetes.
