Dale school board OKs fund-raisers

Dale Board of Education members this week approved a couple of fund-raisers and also approved a joint agreement between Dale and Gordon Cooper Tech Center.Both fund-raisers were for the Middle School Leadership Team.

Hearing set in death of child

A preliminary hearing has been set for a Harrah man facing a manslaughter charge or in the alternative negligent homicide after his four-year-old son reportedly jumped from his pickup truck and was run over by the vehicle.

Deferred terms in endangerment

One of two men charged with child endangerment and a drug-related count who previously pleaded guilty has drawn two deferred sentences.Blake Michael Barrett, 21, of Seminole, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Sep. 13, 2022 with two felonies and a misdemeanor.
