Stroud American Legion Lefler-Linihan Post #257 New Commander Michael Horwath

Michael Horwath is originally from Vassar, Michigan but moved to Stroud from Pinetop-Lakeside, Arizona. Horwath is the Director of Quality and the Facilities Manager at both Mint Turbines, LLC and FAA certified part 145 Repair Station. He has over 34 years of tactical and commercial derivative fixed and rotary wing aircraft and turbine engine maintenance experience, including 26 years of quality assurance and quality control leadership and quality engineer experience. Horwath retired from the United States Army in which he served in a variety of positions. He concluded his 26 years in the military as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Company First Sergeant. He and his wife Chong recently purchased the Lillian Parker home and are in the process of renovating it. They are the parents of five adult children.
