The Chandler Police Department responded to a pedestrian accident at the intersection of Manvel and 6th on Tuesday morning involving a minor. Police Chief Matt Mattheyer said the call came in around 8 a.m. A minor on an electric bike was attempting to cross the road when a vehicle making a left turn struck them.
