Four Wellston FFA members received their State FFA Degrees at the State FFA Convention in Tulsa last month. The State FFA Degree is the highest degree awarded by the Oklahoma FFA. Taylor McConnell was also recognized as an Academic Excellence recipient for her scholastic achievement. Members from left to right: Shaley Barnes, Taylor McConnell, Haleigh Ohl, Shawn Bays Kolton Hunt (pictured at right) was named one of the Foundation Leadership Interns for State FFA Convention, which gave him the unique opportunity to work behind the scenes with Foundation Director, Jacey Fye. Kolton also received a scholarship to attend the Washington Leadership Conference this summer.
