Stroud school contruction continues

Construction on the old Stroud high school continues. The project started in October of last year and is projected to finish in August before the next school year starts. Stroud Superintendent Joe Van Tuyl said this building will be the new middle school. Construction crews are working on installing an HVAC system, renovating the entrances into the building and replacing the windows. The cost of the project is around $1.9 million and is paid by the funds from the 2016 bond issue. Photo/Chelsea Weeks
