With the new school year around the corner, many area schools have opened up their enrollment periods. The following is information for each of the schools in the Lincoln County News coverage area.
Agra First Day of School: Aug. 6
Enrollment Period:
Currently Open Agra Public Schools has an online enrollment process through Wengage/ Sylogist. Parents can access this by going to the Agra Public Schools website and clicking on “Parent Enrollment/ Teacher Portal” at the top of the screen. New students must submit a birth certificate and shot records (or an exemption form).
Carney First Day of School: Aug. 4
Enrollment Period:
July 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; July 29 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Those enrolling in Pre-K throughseventhgrademust pay a $10 school supply fee and students enrolling in seventh grade must provide documentation of TDAP immunization or exemption. New students need a birth certificate, proof of residency, immunization record and a CDIB card if applicable. For any questions or more information, call (405) 865-2344.
Chandler First Day of School: Aug. 13
Enrollment Period:
Online - Open Now, Inperson -Aug. 3-5 All students planning to attend Chandler Public Schools must complete pre-enrollment, which can be done online through the Infinite Campus App. All students are required to provide proof of residency. Pre-K and new students must additionally provide immunization records. In-person enrollment can be done on Aug. 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from Aug. 4-5 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Media Center. All families are encouraged to fill out the free and reduced-lunch application, regardless of whether their students will eat at the schools. Dale First Day of School: Aug. 12
Enrollment Period: Aug. 3-7, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
New Student Enrollment is open at Dale Public Schools from Aug. 3 to 7 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Parents/ guardians are asked to bring a birth certificate, shot record and proof of residency. High school students are asked to bring a copy of their transcript. Incoming seventh-graders need proof of TDAP immunization (or an exemption form) before entering seventh grade.
Davenport First Day of School: Aug 3

Currently Open The parents of any student who hasn’t enrolled yet should contact the office of the school they are enrolling in and pick up an enrollment packet. New students must provide a birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency. Students enrolling in Pre-K must be four years old on or before Sept. 1, 2026. McLoud First Day of School: Aug. 4

Currently Open Online enrollment is available through the Wengage App. Families of current students can log into their portals to begin the process. Families of new students can contact the secretary to receive a guardian/parent username and password. Meeker First Day of School: Aug. 13
Enrollment Period: ES - July 30-31 and Aug. 3-4; MS/HS - Currently Open Parents and guardians of returning students at the middle school and high school can log into their Sylogist Gradebook account to enroll their children for the 2026-27 school year.Those who don’t have accounts can set up one through the portal, or email Tammie Hall at thall@meeker.k12.ok.us for help. For the elementary school, new students and returning students who didn’t submit enrollment packets in the spring should enroll inperson at the school on the dates listed above from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. New students could provide a copy of their birth certificate, a copy of their most recent shots record, proof of residency, shots record, proof of residency, parent/guardian identification and tribal cards/ documentation.
North Rock Creek First Day of School: Aug. 13 Enrollment Period: Currently Open Pre-registration and enrollment for North Rock Creek Public Schools is now 100 percent online. Parents and guardians can go onto the school district’s website and access the portal. They must first pre-register and then wait for approval. Once they’ve received approval, they will be sent the links to access enrollment forms and complete the process. A new student orientation will take place in August.
Prague First Day of School: Aug. 13 Enrollment Period: Ends July 31 For new students, a withdrawal report/unofficial transcript from the previous school is helpful. Also, all new students must enroll in person at the Prague district office. The forms may be downloaded from the school district’s website or picked up at the office. These documents are required for initial enrollment: certified birth certificate, immunization record, Social Security card/number and custody documents. Current students can be enrolled online through the Sylogist Parent/Guardian portal. The link can be found on the district website.
Stroud First Day of School: Aug. 13 Enrollment Period: Currently Open Enrollment can be done through the Wengage portal. For parents who do not have a guardian account, visit the Stroud Public Schools website and select “SPS Wen-GAGE Login” from the Quick Links tab. Select “Sign In” and then “Request an Account.” In-person help for enrollment will be available at all school sites on Aug. 4 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Wellston First Day of School: Aug. 13 Enrollment Period: All Summer Students in K-12 need to enroll online through the Sylogist Portal, though there is an enrollment office located at the high school for any parents that might need in-person help. The office is open Monday through Thursday, from 8 a.m. to p.m. Dawn Williams can assist new families with setting up an account. Returning families should already have an active account. Pre-K students need to be enrolled at the elementary school (same days and hours). Any student registering at Wellston schools needs to have proof of residency, an immunization record or an exempt form and a birth certificate. The district Back-to-School night is on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
White Rock Creek First Day of School: Aug. 13 Enrollment Period: New & Returning Resident Family - Currently Open; Inter-District Open Transfers - Opened June 1 Parents can enroll their children at White Rock online through Sylogist. The enrollment system is currently online and parents are encouraged to do this as soon as possible. If they are having issues with the online portal or need to drop off paperwork such as proof of residency or immunization records, they can visit the White Rock Public School office during regular summer hours up to the first day of school. For families who live outside the district, the open transfer window is currently accepting applications. Open transfers are capacity-based and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
