Lincoln County commissioners

Lincoln County commissioners have voted to elevate the status of the Interim E-911 director and awarded a bid for digital ballot printing.

They also approved a sick leave policy amendment to the 2022 Lincoln County Employee handbook.

Following an executive session, the commissioners returned to open meeting and voted to change the status of Interim E-911 Director Iris Harris from non-exempt to exempt employee.

Commissioners opened one bid on construction of a bridge and tabled any action until their Dec. 4 meeting.

They approved a bid from Midwest Printing Co. for digital ballot printing.

Commissioners agreed to pay for a Sheriff’s vehicle damage out of the deductible fund.

They took no action yet on reopening 3528 Road, south of 1030 Road in District 1.

In other business, commissioners: Declared a surplus for District 1.

Approved a supplemental agreement with EST, engineering firm, for right-of-way at Bridge 74 on 840 Road in District 2. Adopted a resolution setting up CBRI account for engineering services in District 3.

Adopted a resolution for disposing of equipment for District 3.

Approved a letter of authority for AT&T Internet service for the Lincoln County Health Department.

Voted to approve the Purchase Card Approval form.
