Wesley Gains “Wes” Loper, long-time Chandler, Oklahoma, resident was born December 24, 1948, in San Diego, California. He departed this life on July 9, 2024, at his home in Chandler at the age of 75 years. Wes was the son of Dale and Mary Lou (Gains) Loper.
His parents and brother-in-law preceded Wes in death.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, one son and daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, one sister, one brother and sister-in-law, three brothers-in-law, one sister-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Chandler First Baptist Church, with Brother Rick Blackwell officiating. Burial followed at Oak Park Cemetery, in Chandler. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
