Last January, Chandler played basketball against Okemah. One of Okemah’s players damaged Jake Smithey’s shoe. Jake had to be pulled out of the game.
At halftime, Coach Blankenship asked if anyone in the gym had a size 11 shoe they would let Jake wear.
Matt Legere was the only one. He took off his shoes and gave them to the coach. Jake got to finish the game and Chandler won.
I think Chandler needs to know how loyal our fans are and praise where deserved.

There was a time when political students believed that when a world leader lost popularity with the voting public, they would get their country involved in a war.
Let us hope and pray that is not happening here and now in our USA with the unpopularity of our President through lack of good judgement calls.
