A district judge granted a temporary stay on the demolition of the St. Cloud buildings on Dec. 1, conditional on the plaintiff posting a supersedeas bond of $300,000 or a ruling by the appellate court on the matter by Dec. 16.

Three arrested, three at large after grow house burglary

Three suspects were arrested Saturday following an early morning burglary of a grow farm in Lincoln County and authorities believe there are two or three others still at large.Lincoln County Sheriff Kevin Garrett said the 911 call came in at 6:54 a.m. Saturday from 900155 S. 3540 Road.

The case of the St. Cloud buildings will head back to court on Dec. 1.City Attorney Larry Lenora filed a motion on behalf of the City of Chandler to confirm the enforceability of the order denying a preliminary injunction and notice of intent to commence with demolition.
