Chandler man charged in assaults

A Chandler man is facing three felonies and two misdemeanors for allegedly assaulting three officers with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and another individual.Three charges of assault and battery on a police officers were formally filed in December against Royce Walker Weathers, 31.

A Cushing man has waived a jury trial and asked for a non-jury trial on charges filed against him in January of 2024.Formal felony charges were filed in Lincoln County District Court on Jan. 24, 2024 against against Eddie Gene Moore, 73.

A preliminary hearing has been rescheduled again for a Chandler woman facing a felony and two misdemeanors. A Chandler man facing the same charges, who has pleaded innocent, has waived a jury trial and asked for a bench trial.
