No contest plea in felony lewd act to child

A Prague man whose charge was amended has pleaded no contest and drawn a deferred sentence.Sean A. Warstler, 35, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Jan. 24, 2023 with felony lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16.

Man charged for failure to register as sex offender, living near school

AChandler man previously convicted of five felonies over several years has been charged with two more.Terry Ray Boren, 52, was formally charged recently in Lincoln County District with failure to register as sex offender and sex offender living within 2,000 feet of a school.

Davenport man charged with child neglect

A Davenport man has been arrested by Lincoln County deputies and charged with a felony after he refused to allow them into a residence to check on two children.Curtis Lee Allen Russell, 35, was formally charged earlier this monthinLincolnCounty District Court with child neglect.
