Gage Blankenship, Emmerson Snovel and Anna Phillips have been named Student Rotarians of the Month for February. Gage Blankenship is the son of Doyle and Taira Blankenship and has one older brother.

Stroud resident Agnes Baker recently celebrated her 100th birthday and was inducted into the Centenarians of Oklahoma Hall of Fame. Born on Jan. 22, 1924, Agnes has lived in Lincoln County for her entire life, according to Centenarians of Oklahoma.

As I was looking through some old photos recently, I came across one of my fourth grade baseball team. That’s been a day or two since it was taken, more specifically several decades. Not sure when we retrieved it from my parents’ house, but it was before my mother’s passing in 2013.
