Hearing continued

The preliminary hearing has been continued for a Prague man charged with larceny of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Joseph Resin Linnhuber, 19, Prague was formally charged in Lincoln County on Sep. 28.

Pair to be tried for murder

A Wellston woman and an Iowa man have been bound to stand trial in the death of a Carney man and both face first degree murder charges along with three other felonies.

Fourth felony for Chandler man

A Chandler man already facing three felonies and a misdemeanor, has been charged with a fourth. Darrick Lee Delano Hunter, 41, was formally charged Dec. 8 in Lincoln County District Court with violation of the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Registration Act.
