Arraignment set in harboring case

A Prague woman facing a harboring from justice charge has waived her preliminary hearing and her arraignment has been scheduled. State prosecutors have dismissed two other felonies filed against her previous to the harboring charge.

Defendant waives speedy trial

A driver facing two felonies for running a pair of roadblocks has waived a speedy trial. Joshua Wade Pleasant, 34, Shawnee, was for mally charged in Lincoln County District Court on Aug. 1, 2022 with two felony counts of running a roadblock.
