Hearing rescheduled in Meeker felony DUI

The pre-preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for a Meeker man facing a felony DUI charge and several misdemeanor counts following his arrest recently by Meeker police. The charges were formally filed in Lincoln County District Court on April 18 against Tyler Marc Armitage, 22.

Lincoln County Commissioners to hold special meeting

Lincoln County commissioners this week discussed ARPA project fund requests and they plan to hold a special meeting next week to discuss and work on them more.

Alvin Gale Danker was born April 29, 1948 in Wellston to Earl and Vinita (Brown) Danker. He died June 29, 2022 in his home in Wellston at the age of 74. He worked as a delivery driver for UPS retiring after 30 years of service.

Audra Lorene Schmidt

Audra Lorene Schmidt was born April 15, 1924 to Joe and Emma (Crookham) Musgrove in La Junta, Colo. She died July 3, 2022 in Wellston at the age of 98.

Milly Jean “Jeannie” Tener

Milly Jean “Jeannie” (Graham) Tener, 86, of Norman, died Monday, July 4, 2022, in Norman Okla. A funeral service will be held 10 am, Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home chapel in Blanchard, Okla. Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Pre-preliminary hearings have been scheduled for a Stroud man who faces six felonies filed against him within a two-month period during 2021.

Felony charge for Agra woman

An Agra woman is facing a felony and a misdemeanor charge following her arrest by Lincoln County deputies recently. A formal charge of possession of firearm after former conviction of a felony was filed June 24 in Lincoln County District Court against Trista Marie Dye, 38.
