Gina was born in Arlington, Texas, to Ruby Jeanette Evans and Bobby Ray Russell.

The Lincoln County Commissioners renewed a sublease agreement with Stroud Public Schools at their regular meeting on July 20.The sublease was first signed on Dec. 1, 2016, and is renewed at the beginning of every fiscal year until it’s paid off.
