Robert Leroy Pritchard was born October 3, 1948 to Gus Onvy Pritchard and Mary Thresa (Miller) Pritchard and passed away July 17, 2021. Robert was born just northeast of Carney, grew up in Carney, attended Carney Schools and met Polly Sue Alford in the first grade.

Drug arrest in Meeker

A Norman woman has been charged with illegally trafficking drugs following her arrest by Meeker police earlier this month. Mitizi Blayne Williams, 44, was arrested July 3 by Meeker Police Officer Raymond Mackin.
