Town Talk

Town Talk along with the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 25th at the Stroud Cemetery. There will be a short program and a 21-gun salute to honor our deceased veterans.

Stroud girls win conference track

The Stroud Lady Tigers rolled to the 66 Conference track championship last week and followed up with a third-place finish at Bristow. Results are: 66 Conference 400 Meter Relay (Kenlee Parrick, Macey Morris, Brynlee Wages, Morgan Reamy)-52.

Steve Taber was born to John William and Gloria Joan (Graber) Taber on April 8, 1961, in Norman, Okla. He died Friday, April 2, 2021, at his home in Chandler. He was 59 years old.
