Charles Randall Hays Jr. Was born on October 13, 1964, in Chandler, Oklahoma, at Mileham Hospital, and passed away on July 6, 2025, at his home.Charles went to Heaven to be with his wife, mother, father, a granddaughter and siblings.

The Stroud City Council approved the appointment of Linda Smith to the Stroud Hospital and Development Authority at their regular meeting on July 10.They also approved the renewal of lease purchase agreements for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and line transfers for the FY 2024-25 budget.

Lincoln County Commissioners

Lincoln County commissioners this week approved a service agreement with the Child Advocacy Center of Central Oklahoma and adopted a resolution with the Center as well.They also approved a contract with Commercial Roof Solutions for the Fair Barn Reroof project.
