A Chandler man’s felony charge filed for lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 was dismissed recently.
Formal charges were filed June 17 in Lincoln County District Court against Wesley Rahe Jordan, 37.
A $75,000 bench warrant was originally issued for his arrest but was returned and filed on June 21.
Associate District Judge Sheila Kirk ordered Jordan to make his initial appearance on June 23 and that his $75,000 bond remain.
On June 23, he made made his initial appearance before Special Judge Emily Mueller and she scheduled his pre-preliminary hearing for 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 18.
