The Lincoln County E-911 Trust Authority approved a $771,552 operating budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year during a brief meeting June 22.
The budget projects $836,000 in revenue, $64,448 more than planned expenses. Personnel services account for the largest share of spending at $633,492, covering salaries and benefits for nine full-time positions and three part-time dispatchers.
Expected revenue includes $516,000 in E-911 fees collected through the Oklahoma Tax Commission, $195,000 from Lincoln County, and the cities of Chandler, Prague and Stroud. The budget also projects $125,000 in dispatch fees from law enforcement and fire agencies.
Members cut $1,000 for building and grounds maintenance after agreeing to handle the mowing.They approved the revised budget with little other discussion.
