A Lincoln County man has been charged with three counts related to child sexual abuse, according to court documents.
Xavier Dunagan, 25, was arrested onAug. 5 and booked intotheLincolnCountyJailona$200,000bond,according to the jail report and court documents. District Attorney Adam Panter filed three charges on Aug. 13 -- rape - first degree child under 14, lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and a pattern of criminal offenses.
Ofc. Robert Storkson with the Grey Snow Police De- partment wrote in the probable cause affidavit that he was dispatched to a residence in Lincoln County on June 6 regarding a disclosure by a minor to another minor at camp that their older relative had been allegedly physically and sexually abusing them for some time.
The minorunder went a forensic interview with the Child Advocacy Center, stating that the alleged abuse started when they were a toddler. The minor detailed numerous occasions where Dunagan allegedly assaulted them. The minor also said they disclosed to other relatives years ago, the affidavit said.
Ofc. Storkson interviewed other family members and other individuals close to the family and/or Dunagan, finding that the minor had disclosed to them.
He contacted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investiga- tion on June 7 to request assistance with the case, with search warrants carried out on two residences related to the case on June 8.
