Mikayla Brannam is the recipient of the Recruitment Grant given by the Alpha Iota Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International. A graduate of Chandler High School, Brannam is attending Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Okla., where she will be a senior in the fall. She is a member of OBU’s chapter of Kappa Delta Pi. Mikayla is majoring in Elementary Education and plans to do her student teaching next year. The Alpha Iota Chapter Recruitment Grant is awarded to women attending a university, majoring in education and preparing for their senior year.
