Enrollment for prekindergarten students at Prague Schools will be 8-11 a.m., Thursday, July 16, at the Upper Elementary Building. The enrollment is first come, first served.
Parents must bring the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, Social Security Card, CDIB Card, and Sooner Care Card if applicable. This applies to all new students entering the Prague School District no matter what grade they are entering.
Enrollment for kindergarten through fifth grade also takes place on Thursday, July 16, but from 5:30-7:30 p.m., at the Upper Elementary Building.
Parents are encouraged to print off an enrollment form on the school website or pick up a form at the elementary office and fill it out before coming to enrollment on the 16th.
