Robert “Bobby” Daniel Cook of Stroud was born to Melvin and Velma Cook on May 16, 1950, in Sayre, Okla. He died Thursday, November 26, 2020, in Oklahoma City at the age of 70 years.
Bobby, formerly of Meeker, retired from Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Okla., after 37 years service.
Preceding him in death were his parents; four sisters, Dolores Jean Stinnett, Gola Faye Langley, Billie Deanna Cloud Davis and Linda Dell Gallaway; and one brother, Odell Cook.
Survivors include his wife of over 50 years, Cleta Cook, of the home; his son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Sarah Cook and one grandson, all of Stroud; three brothers, Gene Cloud of Bristow, Okla., Raymond Cook of Tulsa, Okla., and Mel E. Cook Jr. of Choctaw, Okla.; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be live-streamed on First Baptist Church of Stroud Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stroud First Baptist Church Flower Fund.
