Hearing moved again for grow-house operator

A pre-preliminary hearing once again has been continued for the owner of a major illegal marijuana grow operation who was charged following her arrest by agents in June of last year. Sai Ying Lin, 48, of Try on, was formally charged in Lincoln County District Court June 23.

Meeker seats annexation meeting

The Meeker Town Board has scheduled an Open Public meeting for discussion only of the proposed annexation of around eight square miles into the Town limits. The special meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15 and will be held at the First Baptist Church in Meeker.

McLoud Council

The McLoud City Council during its most recent meeting established a Review Committee for the McLoud TIF District by appointing several persons to it.

Rogers State University Officials at Rogers State University in Claremore, Okla., have announced the President’s and Dean’s Honor Rolls for the fall 2021 semester. Parker Bailey of Prague qualified for the President’s Honor Roll with a 4.0 grade point average.

Stabbing suspect arrested in Payne County

Lincoln County officers with assistance from the Payne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a subject recently involved in an alleged stabbing in Lincoln County. As a result, Joshua Chad Arnett, 39, of Stillwater, was formally charged Feb.
