Lincoln County jury term set

A jury term is scheduled in Lincoln County and will begin Monday, Oct. 19, County Court Clerk Cindy Kirby has confirmed. The number of cases to be tried will be better determined during a jury call docket set for this Friday morning, Oct. 16.

Comm. approve changes to the 2020-2021 budget

Lincoln County Commissioners this week took action to submit changes to the budget maker for the 2020-2021 fiscal year budget. County Clerk Alicia Wagnon explained the commissioners increased the County Assessor’s Capital Outlay by $100,000 for new software.
