Davenport scored early and often in the season opener and beat Hillsdale-Kremlin, 54-0, Friday night.The game ended early under the 45-point mercy rule.The Bulldogs racked up 288 yards of total offense while holding the visiting Broncs to -24.

Prague’s cross country teams swept the Wolverine Invitational at Hodenville on Saturday, with the girls capturing the top five individual spots.Senior Hailey Johnson covered the1600-meter course in 5:46.11 to take first place for the second event in a row.

Prague senior Hailey Johnson ran an 8:40.56 to win the girls division of the Prague cross country meet Saturday and help her team to a first-place finish.Johnson finished just ahead of teammate Jocelyn Ward, who covered the2400-meter course in 8:51.49.
