Chandler High School seniors Shayla Peery and Brayden Redford were named student members of the Rotary Club for April 2022. Shayla, the daughter of Fred Peery and Kristi Peery, has one younger sibling.

Derrick Shouse has been promoted to Retail Banking Officer with Vision Bank. Derrick is a graduate of Meeker High School. He has worked at Vision Bank for 10 years. He and his wife Marisa have a daughter Mikaylie.

Stroud Middle School musical cast members perform for the Stroud Lions Club. The public can see their hard work in action by attending the production of The Little Mermaid, under the direction of Saundra Arnold, Saturday, March 5th at 7:00 PM or Sunday, March 6th at 3:00 PM.

Kolache Festival is back

After two years of cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, organizers are planning to celebrate the Prague Kolache Festival on Saturday, May 7, with the parade beginning at 11 a.m. Theme for the festival parade is “From Praha to Prague.” Entries are being accepted for the parade.
