Chandler man pleads guilty, gets some jail time

A Chandler man, scheduled for a bench trial, has opted instead to enter guilty pleas to the charges he was facing and has drawn some prison time.Formal charges were filed in Lincoln County District Court on March 15, 2024 against Herbert Lee Gaines, Jr., 58, and Rachelle Dawn Bannister, 45.
