Joyce May Williams was born August 12, 1925 in Ada, Oklahoma to George and Bessie (Holloway) Ebrite. She passed away July 12, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 97.

Johnie Frost

On July 16, 2023, Johnie Frost, loving husband and father of 2 children, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family at the age of 83. Johnie was born on March 17, 1940 in Fowler, Oklahoma. On December 22, 1959, he married Shirley Marie White of Harrah.

Rachel Mae Dildine-Young

Rachel Mae Dildine-Young, was born May 11, 1942 in Colcord, OK to Silas and Nina (Morgan) Dildine. She passed away July 12, 2023 at the age of 81. She was a long-time resident of Stroud, OK and an Oklahoma native. Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Young.

Velma Taylor

Velma Taylor was born August 19, 1943 to Freddie Tubbs and Virginia Boykin in the little country settlement in Payson, Oklahoma six miles North of Meeker, Oklahoma. Velma was the oldest of five children. West of Payson Velma attended the St. Paul Baptist Church in Meeker.

Bonnie Francis

Bonnie Francis was born June 9, 1952 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She passed away July 13, 2023 in Meeker at the age of 71. Bonnie was a home wonderful homemaker for her husband and children.

Francis “Joye” Henderson

Frances “Joye” Henderson age 92, of Meeker, Oklahoma passed away on July 16, 2023. Joye was born to Jim and Thelma Bruza on May 31, 1931, at home on a little country farm in Aydelotte, OK. She graduated from Meeker with honors and chose Meeker as her lifelong home.

Vivian “Florence” Adams

Vivian “Florene” Adams, 78, a resident of Blue Springs, MO passed away peacefully Monday, July 10, 2023 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO. She was born November 3, 1944 to Floyd and Dorothy (Hamilton) Tipton in Kendrick, OK.

60th Anniversary

Ola Bon and Charlotte Fouquet will celebrate 60 years of marriage this month. Ola Bon, the son of Genese and Dollie Fouquet, graduated from Prague High School and was introduced by a Tinker co-worker to his daughter, Charlotte, who graduated from Verden High School.
