Charges filed against Chandler couple

A Chandler couple has been charged with sex-related crimes to a minor following their arrests earlier this month by Lincoln County deputies. Formal charges were filed in Lincoln County District Court on Sep. 21 against Robert Wayne Lowe, 41, and Destiny Ann Lowe, 39.
