Randall Keith “Randy” McElroy of Newark, Ohio, was born December 19, 1956, in Levelland, Texas. He died Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at the age of 63 years. McElroy, the son of Homer Kendall and Ruth Lorena (Bales) McElroy, married Audrey Lynn Stillion on November 7, 1975.

Harold Dwane Gouker was born August 11, 1934, and died Friday, October 2, 2020. He was 86 years old. A funeral service will be held for him at 2 p.m., Friday, October 9, 2020, at Meeker First Baptist Church. Final arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.

Comm. approve changes to the 2020-2021 budget

Lincoln County Commissioners this week took action to submit changes to the budget maker for the 2020-2021 fiscal year budget. County Clerk Alicia Wagnon explained the commissioners increased the County Assessor’s Capital Outlay by $100,000 for new software.

Dale school board discuss enrollment
