Jack C. Mileham Jr. of Chandler was born to Dr. Jack C. Mileham Sr. and Mary (Skinner) Moran on October 8, 1949, in Tulsa, Okla.
He died Saturday, February 7, 2021, in Chandler at the age of 71 years.
A 1967 Chandler High School graduate, he worked as a plumber for Texas Instruments.
His parents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his sister Marilyn Schweizer, his stepsister Rhonda (Mileham) Bennett and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Chandler First Church of the Nazarene. Arrangements were under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service of Chandler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Chandler Youth Baseball Association or the Chandler High School baseball program.
