Kathy Phillips was an only child born June 16, 1936 in Chickasha to William and Betty (Haney) Humphrey.
She passed away August 24, 2023 in her home in Kendrick at the age of 87.
She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medicine Assistant.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Humphrey; and her husband of 40 years, Raymond Phillips, Jr. Survivors include her children, Cheryl Williams (Rocky) of Chandler, Sharon Miller (Curtis) of Jenks, Lisa Myers (David) of Okmulgee, Sandy Messer (Steve) of the home; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and one more on the way; along with other family and friends.
A funeral was held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 28th, 2023 at the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Davenport Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
