Toni Marie Carter was born July 6, 1958 in Hamburg, Illinois to Tony and Theo (Morris) Cox. She passed away September 27, 2023 in Tulsa at the age of 65 surrounded by family and friends.
Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Theo Cox; brothers, Orville Lewallen, Charles Cox; sister, Diana Easley; sister-in-law, Sandra Brooks-Cox; and her nephew, Nicholas Robledo.
Survivors include her husband, daughter, siblings, and many other extended family and dear friends.
A funeral was held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 30, 2023 at the Kendrick Community Church with interment following in the Bethel Greenwood Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
