Arthur “J.R.” Owens III , 74, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023, at his home surrounded by family. J.R. was born on December 29, 1948, in Stroud, Oklahoma, the son of Arthur “Junior” and Glenda Marie Owens.

Bobby Jack Miller was born to Tommy Jack Miller and Marlena Campbell Miller on July 9, 1969 in Cushing, Oklahoma. Bobby resided in Carney, Oklahoma with his wife Cheryl Miller. He grew up in Carney where he attended Carney School from kindergarten until he graduated his senior year in 1987.

After a life of love & service to the Lord, Oleta Jean (Lee) Bailey began rejoicing at the feet of her Savior on July 2, 2023. Jean was born on March 3, 1930 in Wellston, OK to Raymond Floyd Lee and Mary Louisa Lee. She grew up in Wellston where she attended school and graduated in 1948.

Clarence Weldon Wright

Clarence Weldon Wright, also known as Teeny, was born October 31, 1941 to Clarence and Birdie (Rue) Wright. He passed away June 28, 2023 in Norman at the age of 81. Weldon owned and operated restaurants as well as vending machines. He later spent a few years as a car salesman until retirement.

John Henry Davis Jr.

John Henry Davis Jr. was born to the union of John Henry and Josephine Davis on November 23, 1948 in Gila Bend, Arizona. He passed away June 19, 2023 in Oklahoma City at the age of 74. He was the fifth child of six.

Juanita Renner Brown

Donald Gene Brown, while they were both students at Central. Juanita would often joke when speaking of her husband that she “chased him until he caught me.” They were married in December of 1952 and welcomed their daughter, Donita Brown, in 1953.
