A Stroud motorist, who has at least four previous felony convictions and who was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, has been scheduled for the felony disposition docket this fall.Joshuah Dylan Standley, 33, was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Jan.

A defendant facing two first degree rape charges has been set for a felony disposition docket and a jury trial.Two felony charges of first degree rape with a victim under 14 were filed in Lincoln County District Court Jan. 24, 2023 against Dakota Shane Murch, 44.
