Stroud man charged with driving under influence

A Stroud motorist, who has at least four previous felony convictions and who was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, has been scheduled for the felony disposition docket this fall.Joshuah Dylan Standley, 33, was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Jan.
