Phillip Avery Owens was born May 15, 1975, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Ronald Crews and Brenda (Tackett) Owens. He passed away April 3, 2024, in Carney at the age of 48. He was a volunteer Carney firefighter.Phillip was preceded in death by his father, stepfather, sister and his grandparents.

No contest in animal cruelty
