Prague woman gets third felony charge

A Prague woman already facing two felonies, among them first degree rape, has been charged with an additional felony.Taylor Jo Bittle, 18, was charged in Lincoln County District Court on Feb. 26 of this year with distribution of obscene material or child pornography.

A Chandler man, previously convicted of at least nine felonies in Lincoln County, faces a new felony.Jerry Edward Hallmark, 41, was recently charged in Lincoln County District Court with bringing contraband into jail/penal institution.A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
