Hearing set in three felonies

A pre-preliminary hearing has been set for a Chandler man facing three felony charges related to trafficking, cultivation and maintaining a place for keeping and selling illegal drugs. Formal felony charges were filed in July in Lincoln County District Court against Stephen Anthony Ormsby, 37.

Bench warrant in sex charges

A $200,000 bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man after five counts of sex-related charges with a minor were filed against him. Five felony charges of lewd or indecent acts to a child were filed Aug. 25 in Lincoln County District Court against Danny Ray Weeks, Jr., 52, of Shawnee.
