15th Street construction

Officials with the City of Chandler want to advise property owners that construction is scheduled to begin within the next 48 hours on 15th Street between Steele Avenue and Summer Lane. The project will include grade, drain and asphalt surfacing on 15th Street (EW 9l) from State Hwy. 66 0.

Phyllis Ann Russell was born to John Bri an and Murel (Hale) Gray on April 2, 1945, in Parkland, Okla. She died Tuesday, February 9, 2021 in Meeker at the age of 75 years. Russell was a 1963 graduate of Meeker High School.
