The family of Jerry Keith Whatleyis deeply saddened to announce his passing on July 10, 2026, at the age of 71, after his battle against cancer. Born on December 28, 1954, in Eufaula, he was the beloved child of Jery J. and Lila Lillian Whatley.
After completing high school, Jerry served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged in 1979.
Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 32 years, two children, one grandchild, a sister, six fur grandchildren, and very many friends and other loved ones. He is predeceased in death by his parents, an uncle, his grandmother and his mother and father-in-law, along with other loved ones.
A funeral was held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in the Lehman Funeral Home Chapel, and interment followed in the Elmwood Cemetery in Choctaw, Oklahoma. Arrangements were under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
